Aqua-Vu ClickFish App and Samsung Devices

Customers who have Samsung devices and are having issues getting the ClickFish App to connect to their Aqua-Vu HD camera system may need to edit the following settings. Below information was provided by Aqua-Vu customers.

“I was able to get the app working. I had to hit the Developer Options on my Samsung 21 Plus and set them to default, then switch the USB to Tethering and I got the image to show up.”

FAQ (Can not connect screen view for Android tablet or cell phone).
We resolved it. On tablet or phone –
1. Go to Settings – Bottom of list hit “Developer Options”
2. Search list on right side for “Default USB Configuration”
3. Click “USB Tethering” to Record from Device.
4. Click “Transfer Files” when you want to download your video’s or photo’s.
5. Go back to “USB Tethering” to record from device again.
