Moisture in the camera head is often caused by damage to the camera cable allowing water to make its way down the cable into the camera head. Please inspect your cable for possible damage including cuts, slices or deep abrasions. Fishing line wrapped around the cable is one of the most common causes of camera cable issues. In some cases, the camera head seal has become compromised by damage often caused by drops or mishandling. Please inspect your camera head and lens cover for possible damage prior to contacting Aqua-Vu Support. If no noticeable damage if found, contact Aqua-Vu Support to receive an RA# as any repair would require us inspecting your system and diagnosing your problem.
