We are sorry you are having a problem with your recently purchased Aqua-Vu system. We recommend viewing our FAQ’s and contacting Aqua-Vu support to verify that your system does have an issue. In cases in which an issue is apparent, most retail stores will accept your system for exchange within 30-days of purchase. This is of course if it’s convenient for you and the retail store has a replacement system in inventory. If returning the unit to the purchase place is not possible, please let us know and we will issue an RA# and supply directions to send in your system to Aqua-Vu for repair or replacement under full warranty.
