It’s important to format the drive of your Strike-Vu system prior to next recording session once you have viewed and transferred the recorded video files to your PC/Mac.
Directions for PC users.
Step#1 Connect Strike-Vu unit to computer with supplied USB Charging/File Transfer cord.
Step#2 A dialog window should pop up showing USB Drive (D) has been connected.
**Note: System may assign a different letter to the dive.**
Step#3 Right click on USB Drive (D). Select “Format”. A setting box will pop up, you should not need to edit any of the settings.
Step#4 Select “OK” to format.
Step#5 A message will indicate formatting is complete.
Step#6 Right click again on USB Drive (D) and select “Eject” to safely remove the drive.
