Blue lights indicate battery voltage and recording.
Red lights indicate charging and card status.
Blue lights
Any sequence of flashing blue lights indicates that the camera is on and recording.
Slow flashing, about 6 second cycle = battery is >4v. This will seldom be seen.
About 2 second cycle = battery is 3.7v – 4v
About ½ second cycle = battery is 3.5 -3.7v
Fast flashing blue light = unit is in process of shutting down. This will happen automatically when the voltage falls below 3.5v or when the user holds the camera upside down to power down.
Red Lights
Solid Red = Charging. Light will turn off when fully charged.
Flashing Red about a 2 second cycle = USB mode. The card is available to be read. It is not charging in this state.
Fast flashing red – about 5 flashes per second = SD card is full, pull footage and reformat.
