Video-Out Cables

Video-out cables are not included in Aqua-Vu cameras with video-out capability.  Please check on your system specifications to see if it requires the RCA video cable or HDMI video cable used with the HD model cameras.

If you purchased a standard definition model, it will feature an RCA video-out jack. You will need an RCA video cable. You may have an RCA video cable laying around as this is the type of cable used to hookup VCR’s and DVR players before HDMI became the norm. Typically they have a yellow plug which is video and a red and white plug for the audio. If you have to purchase a cable, look for something that says RCA video. You do not need the audio cables but if they have it that’s not a big deal. Most retailers will carry these cables and they cost around $4 or more depending on the length needed.

If you purchased the Multi-Vu HD or HD 700i camea systems, you will need a HDMI video cable. Most retailers carry HDMI cables and they start in price at around $4 with the price increasing as the length needed does.
